“The Role of Arts in Social Transformation”

 LAU’s Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute in Beirut is organizing a lecture titled "The Role of the Arts in Social Transformation Processes."

The event will present feminist theories and insights from post-Apartheid South-Africa.

The lecture will be presented by Dr. Rosemarie Buikema, professor of Art, Culture and Diversity at Utrecht University, the Netherlands.
