“Illumina Next Generation Sequencing”

The Department of Natural Sciences is hosting a seminar entitled “Illumina Next Generation Sequencing,” to be given by Ms. Althea Fernandes, an Illumina NGS specialist.

This seminar will cover topics dealing with  MiSeq and detailed workflow, cluster generation processing,  pair end sequencing concept analysis, base space and Miseq reporter discussion, sequence analysis viewer and  quantification and Quality check of samples.

The lecture will be available in Nicol Hall 222 on the Beirut campus, and Frem 204 on the Byblos campus.
