Objectives

We hope this event will help:

Train graduate students on how to present their research work on scientific posters, as a stepping stone for future participation in international scientific meetings and conferences.
Expose students to current research in the biology and biomedical sciences fields.
Foster national research collaboration and interactive exchange.
Build a scientific community of young researchers.

We would like to invite graduate students in the biology and biomedical sciences programs to present their research work on a poster. We would also be interested to have faculty members and researchers give some talks on current topics in these areas.

Cell Biology
Physiology and Pharmacology
Microbiology
Immunology and Virology

Important dates

Please submit abstracts (no more than 250 words) for oral or poster presentations by April 15, 2011. We will announce the accepted projects by April 20 and email you the poster guidelines.
