LAU’s Urban Planning Institute and the School of Architecture & Design are organizing the launching ceremony of the international workshop and exhibition entitled “Urban Stratagies-PoroCity-Beirut,” in collaboration with the University of Applied Arts, Vienna, and hosted by the Municipal Council of Hadath and the Municipal Council of Bourj-Hammoud.

• April 8, 4.00–7:00 p.m.: Workshop and exhibition on the urban regeneration of Hadath, in partnership with LAU’s Urban Planning Institute and the University of Applied Arts, Vienna.
  Place: Hadath Municipality
• April 9, 4.00–7:00 p.m.: Workshop and exhibition on the urban regeneration of Bourj-Hammoud, in partnership with LAU’s Urban Planning Institute and the University of Applied Arts, Vienna.
  Place: “Yertcho Samuelian” Hall of the Armenian Prelacy next to St. Vartan Church in Bourj-Hammoud

The program also includes other campus activities, including:

• April 4, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.: Workshop and exhibition (LAU students will present their case studies and fieldwork).
  Place: Architecture Hall, Room 302, Byblos campus
• April 7, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.: Workshop and exhibition (Local and municipal representative(s) will attend and engage in assessment and evaluation).
