In 2018 and while based in Athens, Greece, she started her official journey as a Job Search and Leadership Coach, coaching on CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategy, interview skills, job offer negotiations, and effective communication with potential employers. Najjar has coached 100s of leaders, professionals and fresh graduates across different roles and industries in Greece, the Gulf region, Lebanon, the United Kingdom and Canada. Najjar earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut. She is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach since 2018.
