Organized jointly by the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at the School of Arts and Sciences and the Institute of Art in the Arab World at the School of Architecture and Design, the panel will explore how contemporary artists across the Arab world and diaspora use food as a medium to address questions of identity, memory, migration and resistance.
