Cost

The cost per participant for the four-day program will be (in U.S. dollars):

• Enrollment in the pre-conference workshop alone: $200
• Enrollment in conference alone: $100
• Enrollment in seminar alone: $550
• Enrollment in the complete program: $800

Each amount covers seminar reading material, tuition, stationery, lunches and coffee breaks.

Registration

Participants are asked to complete the Program Application Form and return it to the Institute, as soon as possible, by fax or by e-mail.
