Over
the past fourteen years, the ACM Symposium on Applied Computing
has become a primary forum for applied computer scientists, computer
engineers, software engineers, and application developers from around
the world to interact and present their work.
SAC 2000 is sponsored by the ACM Special Interests Group on Applied
Computing (SIGAPP). For additional Information, please check the

There is also a Cross-track Theme for Web
Access to Databases, being organised in conjunction with the
Database Technology track.
Database
Technology Track
A special
track on Database Technology will be held in SAC 2000. It will be
a forum for engineers, researchers, and practitioners to share technical
ideas and experiences relating to implementation and application
of database technologies. Topics of interest include, but are not
limited to:

The
author(s) name(s) and address(es) must NOT appear in the body of
the paper. Any self-reference should be in the third person. Each
paper must not exceed 4,000 words (approximately 15 pages, double-spaced).
Each copy must have an abstract, a list of key words, and a separate
cover page. The cover page must include the title of the paper,
full name(s) of the author(s), address(es) (including telephone
number, fax number, and email address(es)) to which correspondence
should be sent. At least one of the authors of the accepted papers
must register for the conference and present the paper.
