White Ribbon Campaign

Beirut campus

The Institute for Women’s Studies in the Arab World, the Outreach and Civic Engagement office and the Dean’s Office at LAU, in partnership with KAFA, Oxfam GB and the International Medical Corps, will be holding the White Ribbon Campaign on LAU’s Beirut campus.

Under the slogan of “Be A Man: Men and Women Against Violence,” this international campaign tackles the issue of domestic abuse and violence against women in both the public and private realms. It aims at promoting positive masculinity and combating violence against women.
