The Shakespeare Globe Theatre Workshop

For the fourth round, the English Speaking Union (ESU) Lebanon in cooperation with the School of Arts and Sciences – Department of Communication Arts at LAU and the British Council, is organizing The Shakespeare Globe Theatre Workshop conducted by Mr. Adam Coleman, the senior practitioner at the Shakespeare’s Globe Education.

The workshops on improvisation will deal with the conflict resolution theme from different Shakespearean plays.

Ten sessions will be open to around 350 high school students on February 23, 24, 25 and 26, and one session to 35 university students and people from the community on February 26.

The schools participating in the workshops are: Eastwood College, Rawda High School, Makassed Omar Ben El Khattab school, Makassed Khaled Ben ElWalid school, Christian Teaching Institute (CTI), Husameddine Hariri High School, National Evangelical School, American Community School (ACS), Lebanese Preparatory School (LPS), and Broumana High School.
