Forum: “Recruitment Challenges in the Middle East”

The Department of Management Studies is organizing a forum entitled: “Recruitment Challenges in the Middle East.”

The program will feature three presentations:

• “An opportunity or a challenge: The making of great hire in the Middle East,” by Rana Salhab (Partner - Regional Talent & Communication, Deloitte)
• “Developing skills to match the job market,” by Jihad Njeim (AVP, Human ressources department, LAU)
• “The challenge of a cultural or a skill set fit,” by Liliane Nohra (Managing Partner, Purple Martin)
