Information Security and Social Media Seminar

The Software Institute at LAU, in collaboration with ACT, is hosting a technical event on information security.

The first lecture, entitled “Security in Social Media,” will be given by Raoul Chiesa, President of Security Brokers and Special Advisor on Cybercrime and Hacker Profiling at the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI).

The second lecture, entitled “Holistic Security Response,” will be given by Jacques Bakaev, ACT Consultancy Services Unit.

The third lecture is entitled “The Lebanese National Authority for Cybersecurity: An Urgent Need,” by Dr. Imad Hoballah, Chairman and CEO of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
