Event: “Discover USA at LAU”

The Department of Hospitality Management and Marketing is hosting, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, an event titled “Discover USA at LAU”. The Beirut campus will be transformed into several American cities such as New York, New Orleans, Las Vegas and Detroit. The event will also showcase the great variety of these American foods and beverages available today to Lebanese consumers, in addition to all supplies and equipment and cars manufactured or produced by the U.S.

All cooked food presented by different suppliers will be offered free of charge, in addition to sections prepared and cooked by the students of the Hospitality and tourism management program.

This event will provide the opportunity for all the attendees to explore the diversity of American tourism and regional cuisines.
