Discussion with M.P. Yassin Jaber on the Work and Challenges of the Lebanese Parliament

As part of his course titled “Government and Politics of Lebanon,” Dr. Imad Salamey will be hosting Member of Parliament and Former Minister Yassin Jaber who will address the work and challenges facing the Lebanese Parliament and Parliamentarians.
Yasin was the minister of Public Works and Transport (2004-2005), the Minister of Economy and Trade (1995-1998), and is Member of Parliament since 1996. He is the president of the Lebanese-Japanese, British and French Friendship parliamentary committees. He is the founder and president of Kamel Jaber Cultural and Social Center in Nabatieh-South Lebanon.
The lecture will take place in SAGE06 at LAU Beirut on Wednesday, October 7 at 9 a.m.
