Sandberg Instituut: M.A. Student Presentations
Frem 203, Byblos campus
The Department of Graphic Design at LAU and the Design Department of Sandberg Instituut are hosting a presentation for master’s students.
Sandberg designers will present their background and work in progress, focusing on the approach that makes the institute so special.
The Design Department of Sandberg Instituut works as a think tank for visual strategies where Master’s students can solidify their social, political, and technological observations in research-based design projects. With a strong radar for social change, they touch upon the contradictions of contemporary society. And after two years they graduate as investigative designers, critical optimists, generous collaborators, contagious initiators, natural cyberpets, eternal students, storytellers, friends, lovers, or fighters.
The Sandberg Instituut is the postgraduate department of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie Amsterdam, offering Master’s programs in Fine Arts (M.A. in Fine Arts), Interior Architecture (MIA), Applied Art (M.A. in Design) and Graphic Design (M.A. in Design).
