Traditional Costumes in Lebanon: A Story of Heritage, Elegance, and Beauty
AKSOB 904, Beirut campus
After discussing various aspects of our diverse and rich heritage, the Center for Lebanese Heritage at LAU is hosting its monthly lecture titled “Traditional Costumes in Lebanon: A Story of Heritage, Elegance, and Beauty”, presented by Fashion Designer Papeau Lahoud Saadeh and the Department of Design Chair Yasmine Taan.
The presentation serves as a journey in time from the 17th century until today, including photos of the most beautiful historical, traditional, and modern costumes. It is a combination of both tradition and modernity.
The center’s director, Henri Zoghaib, will open the meeting. All are welcome to attend.
