Nutrition and Food Research

The Nutrition Program at the Department of Natural Sciences is organizing its second “Nutrition and Food Research Conference”.

This one-day conference will be a venue to present the latest original research from Lebanon and the region in the fields of nutrition and food science. It aims to address the current challenges in the country. Accordingly, the scope of the conference will include, but is not limited to, non-communicable diseases, food security and food safety. The conference program will also feature two internationally renowned keynote speakers.

Registration is free at the door starting 8:30 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
