Fine Arts Student Exhibition: “Representations”

The Department of Art & Design is hosting the opening ceremony of the Fall 2017 Fine Arts Student Exhibition titled: “Representations”.

Each of the works on display represents the beginnings of new experiences. For many students entering a fine arts course, the experience of drawing, painting, molding, sculpting, or photographing in a concentrated and engulfing manner seems quite foreign. Hence, such courses enable students the opportunity to experience art-making practices through guided and enriching learning processes. Representations, therefore, showcases ways in which student artists at LAU have interpreted and represented such initial experiences through various media.

The exhibition is on through September 29th, Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.
