Mastering the Art of Behavior
AKSB 903, Beirut campus
As part of its Keep Learning alumni lectures program, the Alumni Relations Office at LAU is organizing a lecture titled: “Mastering the Art of Behavior” by Ihab Badawi.
Your behavior is central to how people perceive and interact with you. Understanding people’s preferences and motivations will help you learn to adapt your behavior to fit the circumstances, leading to better communication, trust, and output.
Mastering the Art of Behavior is based on DISC, a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people’s behavioral differences. Attendees will learn how to read certain queues to understand the person they are dealing with, and establish trust in a manner that fits their preferences, learning style, and language.
Ihab Badawi is a corporate advisor and leadership coach. He founded Interactive Business Gears (IBG), a firm specializing in organizational leadership through human capital optimization, and is a faculty member and director of training at Coach Masters Academy in the Middle East. He helps companies and individuals grow, excel, and strive for excellence. With over 21 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and business development, he has managed cross-cultural teams in 58 countries.
