Performance Technique Workshop

Irwin Hall Auditorium, Beirut campus

This workshop with Junaid Sarieddine and Layal Chaker will highlight tools of scene building and ways of integrating music with it. In two phases, theoretical and practical, the artists will share their experiences with the participants who will have the chance to experiment with and witness on different live and recorded materials. Through Zoukak theater company’s works and its latest collaboration with the violinist Layal Chaker on its upcoming theater performance “Ghalya’s Miles,” Layal and Junaid will share and demonstrate over three hours a dynamic dialogue between music and theater.
