About the lecture:

To minimize damage to business operations during an emergency, organizations have to prepare effective responses to crises.

In this regard, Dr. Fouad Zmokhol will be covering a wide range of topics:

• Setting up a strategic emergency plan ahead of time
• Effectively communicating the plan
• Designating a single leader to head the crisis management operations
• Acting quickly and decisively as soon as a crisis strikes

About Dr. Zmokhol

• CEO of Zimco Group (ME) and SAPDIB (Africa)
• President of the Association of Lebanese Business People in the World (RDCL World).
• LAU Alumnus and Board of Trustees member, entrepreneur and educator at LAU and USJ. He serves on the boards of local and international institutions.
• Dr. Fouad Zmokhol holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Newport University (USA).
• Coached and mentored thousands of young entrepreneurs and inspired businessmen to preserve and develop public economic systems.
• A keynote speaker at national, regional and international conferences, and an author of various publications and research papers.
