However, a paradigm shift is happening in the job market that is promising new opportunities. As some strategies aren’t changing, pivoting to new strategies is needed. Presenter:
Iyad Uakoub’s mission is to enable students during their transition from school to work and impact their life-long learning. He is a career and workplace coach, startup advisor and People leader based in Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area. He is the founder of Sparathon, a consulting firm helps growth stage startups with learning & development & talent recruitment. Iyad is a 15-year veteran of career services where he led career programs at Stanford University, Purdue University and the United Nations. He is coach-in-residence with Localized, a doctoral researcher, certified life design coach and sits on Forbes HR council.
