Beatrice Haber, BBA in Human Resources Management, is an NDU alumna. She has entered the world of recruitment since 2018, with a passion for listening to people’s experiences and giving useful advice on a professional level. She is currently working as an Associate Consultant at Forefront Middle East, specialized in recruiting top talents for the GCC. 
Beatrice has an excellent recruitment experience in Lebanon and the GCC, in all industries and for all job levels. With strong communication skills, she has the ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews. She is customer-driven as well as candidate-driven and believes that a successful recruiter should be the key point between the client and the candidate. She has succeeded in placing talents by understanding the client’s needs and the candidate’s aspirations. Knowing that recruitment is a long process, she believes that a successful placement is to hire the right person at the right place.
