We are accepting applications for Media & Digital Literacy Academy of Beirut MDLAB 2022 that will take place in June 2022 at the Lebanese American University – Beirut campus.

If you are an activist, a journalist, or a student (majoring in media, education, or any social sciences discipline) apply now to master digital competences and learn media literacy in this 2 – week free summer program.
If you are a graduate student or a PhD candidate apply now to the Academy and work on developing media digital literacy curriculum that includes modules and training manuals including course plans, multimedia, and case studies.
This year the theme is about improving media literacy among women and youth. It is also about enhancing media representation of women issues and youth concerns.
MDLAB is funded by the Public Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut and by DAAD the German Academic Exchange Service.
