In 2018 and while based in Athens, Greece, she started her official journey as a Job Search and Leadership Coach, coaching on CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategy, interview skills, job offer negotiations, and effective communication with potential employers. She has coached 100s of leaders, professionals and fresh graduates across different roles and industries in Greece, the Gulf region, Lebanon, the United Kingdom and Canada. She empowers job seekers and equips them with the skills and tools they need to manage the job search process and transition into their new roles successfully.
Jihane earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut. She is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach since 2018.
