Khaddaj is currently part of the Leadership & Succession team at PwC Middle East, focusing on partnership and investment strategic hiring. She has an extensive experience in international and regional executive search firms like Odgers Berndtson and The Phillips Group and general human resources experience at Deloitte Middle East. Khaddaj’s career is purely in the field of recruitment and selection focusing on C-suite and executive search. She graduated with a degree in Management from the University of Dubai and an HR certification from Wollongong University and also earned an Associate CIPD Level 5 in 2019. Khaddaj is a wife and mother of two boys residing in Lebanon after spending more than 10 years in Dubai.
