As they navigate a growingly complex world, your children’s questions will get more difficult to answer. An upcoming online workshop by LAU Clinical Psychologist Pia Tohme will guide you through fostering open communication with your children, answering their “what’s next” and “what if” questions and supporting them as they try to figure out what is happening around them.
The workshop will focus on the practical tools you will need to use and the type and amount of information you could share with your children, as well as offering strategies to help you, as parents, manage your stress and anxiety, while focusing on yourselves.
