Organized by the Department of Social and Educational Sciences, the workshop focuses on adopting a practical mindset to unlock potential and promote personal and professional growth. By examining the influence that our beliefs have on our behavior and the mindsets that shape our actions – the fixed mindset (characterized by resistance to change) and the growth mindset (that thrives on challenge and personal growth) – it provides strategies for cultivating a growth mindset to achieve success in all areas of life.

 

The workshop will be led by LAU alumna and founder of CLIC (Creative Learning Integrated Center) Faten Ghaiss (BA ‘01), who holds an MA in Teaching and Learning from Ohio State University.
