The Lamia Sabbah Ali-Ahmed Psychology Research Day 2024

The Psychology Program at LAU is thrilled to announce the inauguration of its Lamia Sabbah Ali-Ahmed National Research Day 2024.

Hosted in memory of LAU Psychology Alumna Ms. Lamia Sabbah Ali-Ahmed, whose seminal 1959 thesis on child psychology underscores the important role of scientific research in our field, the National Research Day aims to provide a platform for presentation and discussion on the latest research and advancements across various areas of psychology, including clinical, epidemiological and social, among others. It also fosters valuable cross-university research collaborations among students and faculty.

Undergraduate and graduate students across Lebanon are invited to submit their abstracts for consideration by our scientific committee. Selected submissions will be featured in oral presentations (graduate students) and poster presentations (undergraduate and graduate students).
