In light of the recent critical developments in our country, LAU HEALTH remains steadfast in its commitment to the health and well-being of our faculty, staff, and students. To support our community in coping with stress and anxiety during these difficult periods, we are organizing a webinar titled “Managing Stress During Uncertain Times.”
This webinar, led by our own LAU experts in psychology and psychiatry, will provide practical strategies and insights to help you manage stress effectively, especially with the looming concerns of conflict.
