Waste Not, Want Not Symposium [Postponed]

On the occasion of the International Awareness Day for Food Loss and Waste, the Lebanese American University (LAU) and the American University of Beirut (AUB) are hosting a symposium dedicated to addressing the pressing issue of food waste in Lebanon.

Under the patronage and presence of Caretaker Minister of Environment Nasser Yassine, Waste Not, Want Not will bring together experts, policymakers, community leaders and innovators to explore sustainable solutions and strategies for reducing food waste from farm to table. Through discussions and research posters, participants will gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in food waste management.
