Synopsis
The theme of World Mental Health Day, celebrated on October 10, 2024 by the WHO, is “Mental Health at Work.”
Amid Lebanon’s ongoing challenges, this session will explore the impact of prolonged stress and uncertainty on mental health, particularly in the workplace. Dr. Jocelyne Azar and Dr. Myriam El Khoury-Malhame will offer practical tools to support emotional well-being, manage stress, and build resilience, helping LAU colleagues navigate these difficult times while maintaining productivity.
