About the presenter

The webinar will be presented by Alexi Naous, a distinguished LAU alumnus who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2021. He later pursued a master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in strategic management at IE Business School in Madrid.
After completing his graduate studies, Alexi joined Danone, a global FMCG company, as part of the Capital Expenditure team in Paris. He is currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working as an associate consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global management consulting firm.
Passionate about mentorship, Alexi has guided numerous candidates through HR and case interviews. He has actively collaborated with various LAU clubs and Bain’s recruitment team to support aspiring professionals throughout the hiring process.
