What is feminist AI, and why is feminist AI needed?
 
This talk will present the principles and politics that inform feminist Artificial Intelligence. The talk will also discuss the work being done to promote the inclusive development of AI technologies in the region.
 
Additionally, the conversation intends to cover the interdisciplinary aims and activities of the Feminist AI Research network’s MENA research hub, established for investigating the role of digital technologies and innovation in promoting inclusive development across Egypt, the Arab World and Africa.
