The Career Development Office, in collaboration with the Department of Art & Design, is organizing a panel discussion to help students explore diverse career paths in graphic design.
Distinguished alumni panelists will share their professional journeys, insights, and experiences while highlighting the skills, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped their careers. This interactive session will give students the chance to learn from real-world examples, ask questions, and gain valuable guidance as they plan their own career paths in the design world.

About the Panelists
Yara Estephan is the founder and creative director of Yara Estephan Weddings & Events, a luxury event-planning and design company based between Lebanon and Dubai. With a background in graphic design from LAU, she has built a career creating events across the world, from weddings to brand experiences. Her work is known for its attention to detail, strong design direction, and focus on meaningful storytelling.
Jad Zock is an independent Lebanese designer specializing in type design and branding. He creates letterforms as carriers of ideas and identities, with an extra love for the Arabic script. Jad graduated with a degree in graphic design from the Lebanese American University.
Nathalie Fallaha is a designer, educator, and founder of vit-e, a branding and digital agency based in Beirut and Athens. Her career embodies a distinct duality, balancing the reflective mindset of an academic with the creative drive of a practitioner. From 2000 to 2009, she taught at the Lebanese American University, shaping generations of designers while growing vit-e into a multi-disciplinary agency working across branding strategy, 360° communication, UX/UI, and digital marketing for clients in over 27 countries.
Her work has been widely published and exhibited internationally. With degrees from the American University of Beirut and Central Saint Martins, she continues to bridge design practice and education, where thinking and making meet.
