Part of the Fueling Young Minds Workshop Series

Calling all teachers and parents of young children.

The School of Arts and Sciences is holding an interactive training to equip carers with the knowledge and skills required to help children achieve basic social, psychological and nutritional milestones.

The workshop will focus on providing participants with the necessary tools to overcome the common difficulties in managing children’s emotions and eating habits.

Questions that will be answered during the session:

  • How can I recognize and manage picky eating or overeating?
  • What steps can I take to help children build a balanced diet?
  • How can I support children in handling peer comparisons during mealtime
