The School of Arts and Science’s Department of Nutrition and Food Science is pleased to invite you to LAU’s 4th Nutrition and Food Science Research Day: From Research to Action, a milestone event that brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore innovative solutions to nutrition and food system challenges in Lebanon and the region. Through thematic scientific sessions, a keynote address, and a multi-sectoral panel discussion, the event highlights the role of research in informing policy, practice, and sustainable food systems.
