The Institute of Human Resources Management at the Adnan Kassar School of Business is launching the Skills of the Future workshop series, which explores the leadership capabilities and professional skills required in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.The first session, “Lead, Create, Innovate,” will be led by Ms. Nathalie Nehme, people and culture architect and founder of HueZ. The session will focus on leadership in today’s world, emphasizing creative thinking, leading with empathy and building environments where innovation can thrive.
Participants will explore how purpose-driven leadership and collaborative cultures can transform ideas into impactful solutions.
