The Institute of Human Resources Management at the Adnan Kassar School of Business is launching the Skills of the Future workshop series, which explores the leadership capabilities and professional skills required in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
The second session, “Rise, Adapt, Thrive,” will be led by Maya Shayya, HR consultant and adjunct assistant professor of management, and will focus on resilience and adaptability in the modern workplace, highlighting the importance of navigating change, embracing continuous learning and cultivating a growth mindset in dynamic professional environments.
Participants will explore how individuals and organizations can strengthen their capacity to adapt, respond to uncertainty and develop the skills needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world of work.
