About the event:
This session will explore the founding story and evolution of Em Sherif, one of Lebanon’s most recognized hospitality brands. The discussion will examine how entrepreneurial vision, strategic leadership and adaptability enabled the brand to grow and expand internationally while navigating complex economic environments.
Participants will gain insights into the entrepreneurial journey, from launching a concept and building a distinctive brand to scaling operations and entering global markets, while reflecting on the leadership mindset required to thrive amid uncertainty.
