Food Loss in the Food Industry: Hidden Costs and Practical Solutions

Under the auspices of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) – Beirut Office – and in collaboration with the Michel Daher Social Foundation, the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at LAU and the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut (AUB) are pleased to invite you to a seminar titled Food Loss in the Food Industry: Hidden Costs and Practical Solutions.
 
The seminar will be moderated by Valerie Zakka, Founder of The Industrial Kingdom, and will feature the following speakers:
