The Institute of Human Resources Management at the Adnan Kassar School of Business is organizing HR Reforms in Lebanon, a policy dialogue examining the reforms reshaping human resources management in Lebanon, with particular focus on recruitment, selection, and professional development within the public sector.As new regulations and procedures are introduced, the discussion will explore their implications for workforce management and institutional practices across the public and private sectors. It will also address the evolving role of human resources in strengthening public administration and consider how these reforms can contribute to more effective, transparent, and responsive institutions.
Bringing together government and public-sector perspectives, the event will offer students, faculty, alumni and professionals an opportunity to engage directly with current developments in Lebanon’s labor and human resources landscape.
