BLOMINVEST Virtual Stock Exchange (VSE) Competition

The Career Office and the Department of Banking and Finance at the Adnan Kassar School of Business, in collaboration with BLOMINVEST, invite AKSOB students to the launch of the BLOMINVEST Virtual Stock Exchange (VSE) Competition, an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in stock trading and develop practical investment skills.Over eight weeks, participants will navigate a simulated trading environment, apply investment strategies, analyze market movements, and make trading decisions under conditions that mimic real-world financial markets.
At the end of the competition, five finalists will present their performance and strategies to a jury from AKSOB and BLOMINVEST. The top three LAU finalists will advance to the National VSE Competition, where they will compete against students from other universities.
The introductory session will cover stock trading, introduce the Interactive Brokers trading platform, and explain the competition’s rules and procedures, followed by an interactive Q&A.
