Fawzi Aidi is a Canadian Human Resources Manager and College Instructor from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and a proud LAU graduate. He holds a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LAU, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ACE LAU, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from Alberta, Canada. Professionally, Fawzi has significant experience in corporate HR leadership. Since May 2022, he has served as the Human Resources Manager at Boss Design Ltd. in St. Albert, AB, where he architected the foundational HR function for the company. His responsibilities have included managing benefits and payroll, leading employee relations and conflict resolution, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring compliance with Alberta Employment Standards and OHS regulations. Throughout his career, he has successfully helped many candidates build and refine their resumes and cover letters professionally. In addition to his corporate role, Fawzi has been a Post-Secondary Business and HR Instructor since February 2022, teaching at several institutions including NAIT, NorQuest College, and Olds College. This combination of practical corporate experience and academic instruction allows him to bridge theoretical HR concepts with real-world corporate applications.
