The 4th Lebanon Water Forum 2026

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Oxfam in Lebanon, in partnership with the LAU, is organizing the 4th Lebanon Water Forum, under the theme Spotlight on Water Governance: Supporting Lebanon’s Water Services Amid War and Crises.

The forum will bring together representatives of public authorities, water institutions, municipalities, development organizations, academia, and the private sector to discuss challenges facing Lebanon’s water sector and explore ways to strengthen sustainable and resilient water services.

Discussions will focus on three areas:

• Water governance and institutional challenges
• Financing sustainable water services
• Technology and innovation for resilient water services
