Reflections & Rhetoric shifts Post- Beirut Blast

Mr. Malek El Shereef will describe his experience covering the August 4 explosion. He will then compare the rhetoric of journalists and media covering political topics prior and after the explosion. The final section of the event will be used to discuss the change in media coverage during the politically tense era of March 8th & March 14th vs coverage after the October 17 uprisings.
