Due to the recent escalation in the region, the LAU Counseling Services is inviting you to participate in an in-person workshop titled Handling the Unexpected in Lebanon.

In this interactive workshop, we will be looking more into the effects of the unknown on our wellbeing, and explore adaptive ways of coping with it.

This workshop is open to all LAU registered students.
