Olive Oil Evaluation, Classification, and Tasting

The Nutrition Program at the Department of Natural Sciences is organizing a workshop titled “Olive Oil Evaluation, Classification, and Tasting”, in collaboration with Lebanon Industry Value Chain Development (LIVCD) - USAID.
Several samples of olive oil will be tasted and smelled by attendees. Results will then be discussed.
