What Comes First: Elections or Reforms?

The Arab Network for Democratic Elections and the Department of Social Sciences at LAU’s School of Arts and Sciences are pleased to announce a two-part webinar series.

During this session, the speakers will discuss whether elections should be held after a transitional period or a reforming policy should be implemented before hitting the ballots. The three different examples mentioned below have all witnessed revolutionary movements demanding reforms, while some groups have pushed for snap elections.
