LAU NGO fair

Around 70 NGOs will participate in this first annual LAU NGO fair on campus, the motto of which is "Together We Serve." All of the NGOs will be provided with booths which will be spread all over the campus. Also, an inauguration ceremony will be held at 12:00 p.m., in the Selina Korban Auditorium, in the presence of the NGOs’ representatives, LAU administration, and other VIPs.
The purpose of the fair is:
- Give the NGOs an opportunity to inform the students about the scope of their activities.
- Sensitize LAU students about the importance of volunteerism and the worthiness of espousing the causes of the civil society.
- Provide LAU students with internship opportunities.
- Help the NGOs in their recruitment efforts.
- Portray LAU as a pioneering university in civic engagement.
